Part-Time Recruitment & Talent Coordinator

Surry Hills | 20–35 hrs per week

Pinnacle Sales Group is a fast-growing performance sales company based in Surry Hills. As we scale in 2026, we’re looking for a part-time Recruitment & Talent Coordinator to help build the next generation of our team.

This is not a standard reception role.

This position sits at the front of our recruitment funnel...identifying strong candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping protect the standards of our business.

If you’re organised, people-smart, and confident communicating with a wide range of personalities, this role offers real responsibility and development in recruitment and talent acquisition.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing incoming applications and shortlisting candidates

• Conducting initial phone screens

• Coordinating and confirming interviews

• Handling recruitment-related calls and communication

• Supporting onboarding administration

• Generating weekly recruitment reports

• Maintaining professional front-of-house presence when required

As you grow in the role, exposure to broader HR and recruitment strategy will follow.

Highly Regarded

Strong academic achievement (e.g ATAR 90+, high GCSE/A-Level results or equivalent).

Competitive sporting achievement or demonstrated excellence in another field.
