About our service
Puckapunyal One Tree Defence Unit Puckapunyal is located within the Puckapunyal Military Area, near Seymour in regional Victoria. Our 86-place long day care service supports Defence families and the local community, creating a welcoming and connected environment for children, families and educators.
Our service includes dedicated nursery, toddler and pre-kindergarten rooms, along with generous outdoor spaces where children have plenty of room to explore, play and learn. We're open from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday, giving our casual team opportunities to support across a variety of shifts.
Working casually at Puckapunyal gives you the flexibility you're looking for without missing out on being part of a team. You'll work alongside experienced educators and supportive leaders while getting to know the children and families within our close-knit Defence community.

What you'll bring - Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- A flexible and reliable approach to casual work

- A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
