About the role
We're seeking a Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary case conference model, where allied health professionals come together to review and coordinate care for clients living with Type 2 Diabetes. Regular case conferences bring your podiatry expertise into a shared discussion with the wider care team, helping to identify foot health risks early, align treatment plans, and optimise outcomes for our diabetic client population across Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs. This is a casual/contract role, 4 hours per week with the intention to increase.
Key responsibilities
Attending scheduled case conferences (remote attendance)
Providing podiatry clinical input and recommendations as part of a multidisciplinary care team for clients with Type 2 Diabetes
Reviewing client care plans and progress notes relevant to podiatry care
Liaising with other allied health professionals, GPs and support staff involved in each client's care
Servicing in clinic any referrals
About you
Current AHPRA registration as a podiatrist
Current relevant insurance
Availability to travel to or service clients across South Eastern Melbourne suburbs
