Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred care that supports residents’ wellbeing and independence

• Follow individualised care plans with compassion and attention to detail

• Maintain residents’ dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times

• Participate in ongoing training and development

• Identify and promptly report any hazards, incidents, or changes in resident condition

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate III in Aged Care

• Current First Aid Certificate

• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
