ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Have a passion for cars? Join our Operations Team at Tullamarine, VIC 3043! Full-time, Mon–Fri (8:00am–4:30pm). We need a reliable, customer-focused quick learner. Hands-on role, permanent position, on the go, not behind a desk.

What you’ll do:

• Catalogue assets – record details, note damage, photograph, and upload within set timeframes.
• Deliver great service – accurate stock handling and smooth buyer handover.
• Team support – help out where needed.
• Collaborate across departments – keep branch operations running seamlessly.
• Follow WHS rules – keep safety top priority.
• Operate forklift when needed – assist with safe and efficient handling.
• Keep the yard operating – assist with adhoc yard duties as required

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Passion for cars, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
• Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (essential)
• Attention to detail
• Be comfortable working outdoors
• Competent verbal & written communication skills 
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team
