Associate DENTIST

Location: Burwood NSW, Opposite Westfield
Job Type: Part-Time (1 Weekdays + Saturdays)

About the Role

We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice in Sydney seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a clinician or a recent graduate looking to step into a busy, established book with an excellent administrative support team.

The successful applicant must:

• Have an unrestricted AHPRA registration (and professional indemnity insurance)

• be an Australian Resident/Citizen - no work restrictions

• have at least 1-year of clinical experience

Other skills and details

• Chinese language proficiency is preferred to support our diverse patient base

• Must be willing to work on Saturdays. Specific Weekday may be flexible.

• Additional days available by negotiation

• The successful applicant will be working alongside the principal dentist and senior associate. Both happy to mentor and discuss your cases and treatment plan when needed.

• No KPIs or quotas (e.g. production goals) to meet. Focus on quality over volume

• Principal dentist is 2-3 weeks fully booked and currently not taking new patients. So there are plenty of new and existing patients to fill your books up quickly

• Current associate dentist Saturday book was 3 weeks full in advance, but needed to have this day off due to family commitment

• Immediate Saturday patient base – take over books from an outgoing associate
