Location: Corrimal NSW 2518
Full Time employment Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
As a Entry Level Customer Service Team Member, you will:
 

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
   

• Assist customers in navigating our products/services and address their questions or concerns.
   

• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
   

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
   

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
