Introduction: We are currently recruiting a Accounts Assistant on permanent basis for a leading NFP organisation. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers. You will report to the Financial Controller. Responsibilities: Responsible for bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Contribute significantly to month-end management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial controls and procedures are followed. Stay up-to-date with accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance and educate operational stakeholders. Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant for over 2-3 years Proficiency in using TechOne (Desirable) and strong financial principles Exceptional networking abilities, with a proven capacity to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
