Production Supervisor, Visual Inspection & Packaging

At CSL, we are driven by our promise to save lives and protect the health of people around the world. CSL Behring has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor –Visual Inspection & Packaging at our Broadmeadows facility on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Senior Manager- Packing, you will be responsible for leading packaging operations and supporting frontline manufacturing teams. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

NOTE - This is a 24 hour facility and you will be working 5 days (Monday - Friday) on a rotating shift (Morning, Afternoon & Night).

Your Role

Lead and support packaging teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.Manage production schedules, resources, and line maintenance to meet output targets.Drive process improvements and standardisation to enhance performance and quality.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.

Your Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational/technical qualification.Experience in packaging operations, ideally within pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.Strong working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements (TGA/FDA).Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated capability in driving process improvements and delivering results.
