What you'll doDepending on the assignment, you may be involved in:Network installation and deploymentRack & stack activitiesHardware replacement and upgradesSmart Hands support for data centres and customer sitesTroubleshooting network infrastructureRouter, switch and firewall installationsSite surveys and technical assessmentsRemote hands support under the guidance of our engineering team
What we're looking forExperience in Network Engineering or Field ServicesSmart Hands L1 or L2 experienceKnowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, or similar technologiesExperience working in customer environments or data centresStrong troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and professionalismAbility to travel within the Melbourne metropolitan areaValid driver's licence preferred
