AUS NRG is seeking an Electrical S26 Supervisor to join our team on projects across the Pilbara.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor or an electrician who has recently obtained their S26 qualification and is ready to take the next step into supervision. New S26 Supervisors are strongly encouraged to apply.

About the role

You will be responsible for supervising electrical personnel and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, Australian Standards and site requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating electrical work crews

• Planning daily work activities and allocating resources

• Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and field leadership activities

• Managing permits, isolations and electrical safety requirements

• Ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications and applicable standards

• Monitoring productivity, quality and project progress

• Completing daily reports and project documentation

• Supporting and mentoring electricians and apprentices

• Liaising with project management, clients and other contractors

• Promoting a positive and proactive safety culture

About you

• WA A-Grade Electrical Licence

• Supervisor S26 qualification

• BSBWHS411

• BSBWHS414

• Construction White Card

• Current CPR/LVR

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Strong understanding of electrical safety and isolation procedures

• Ability to lead a crew and communicate effectively

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

• Full Australian working rights

• Previous experience working on BHP or other major mining sites (desirable)
