Strong organisational and planning skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate resources and meet critical deadlines.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess requirements, identify risks and develop practical logistics solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships, negotiate outcomes and collaborate across diverse groups.
A proactive, adaptable and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence. Experience in emergency management, biosecurity or incident management environments will be highly regarded.
