About the role
Join the Wilsons Blinds team!
We're looking for a motivated, hands-on team member to join our growing business. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in every aspect of our operation, from manufacturing and installation through to cleaning and warehouse duties.
If you enjoy practical work, take pride in quality workmanship, and like working both on-site and in the warehouse, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Installing a wide range of window furnishings.
Cleaning blinds and curtains.
Picking up and delivery of blinds for cleaning.
Measuring and preparing products for installation.
Manufacturing custom roller blinds.
General warehouse organisation, stock control and housekeeping.
Providing outstanding customer service in customers' homes and businesses.
Assisting with other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

Good problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools.
Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry products safely.
A willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks.
A clean and tidy presentation.
Reliability and punctuality.
A current Australian driver's licence (essential).
White Card (preferred but not essential).
Previous experience in window furnishings something similar is an advantage, but full training will be provided to the right person.
