About the role
The Administrative Officer, Tailored System Support and Home Education, plays a key role in supporting the Professional Learning Networks Directorate by delivering a wide range of confidential, efficient and effective administrative and business support services to its leadership, directorates and teams.
The position ensures smooth day-to-day operations for both the Tailored System Support directorate and Home Education team. Core responsibilities include finance and human resources processing, management of correspondence and communications (both internal and external), workflow, records and document management, travel and event coordination, and overseeing office resources and assets. Through these functions, the role contributes directly to the achievement of the directorates and division's objectives and goals.

Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO3 $74,095 - $78,694 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
