Conference and Events Coordinator

We are looking for a Conference and Events Coordinator to join our award-winning team, in a Full time capacity. 

This role would suit someone with experience in a hotel conference or admin role, looking to broaden their experience and work with one of Canberra's leading Conference venues.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating events and conferences across Doma Hotels

• Preparing and communicating event orders

• Liaising with the operations team to ensure high quality, impeccable service and experience is provided

• Conduct site inspections to showcase the portfolio of Doma Hotels to new and existing clients when required

• Develop and maintain a contact and customer database within Opera

• Maintaining the sales management system

To be considered for this role you will have:

• The ability to deal with a diverse client base and meet deadlines

• Well-developed organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Strong administration and professional communication skills

• Knowledge of iVvy event management systems desirable

• A friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to offer outstanding service

• Immaculate grooming and presentation

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• A valid working visa for Australia
