About the role
SITS College (RTO 91533) established in 2009 is a leading vocational education institution dedicated to delivering top-quality, nationally accredited training in a range of high-demand industries.
We are currently looking for qualified and experienced Trainers and Assessors at our Fortitude Valley and Logan Central campus. This is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about developing skills, supporting learners and delivering compliant vocational education and training.
Available classesDeliver training and assessment for
CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services (CRICOS - Fortitude Valley)
(Class days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support (CRICOS Fortitude Valley) and CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Domestic)
(Class Days: Tuesday and Friday)
CHC50125/CHC30125 Early Childhood Education and Care (Domestic Logan Central)
(Class days: Friday Zoom and Saturday face to face)
CHC40225 Certificate IV in School Based Education Support (Domestic Logan Central)
(Class days: Thursday and/or Friday TBC)
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate engaging, practical, and industry-relevant training sessions
Ensure all training and assessment practices comply with SITS College, ASQA and RTO standards, CRICOS and SAS guidelines
Conduct workplace visits to complete assessment observations for Students
Support students’ academic progress, engagement, and readiness for the workplace and maintain accurate student records
Essential RequirementsTAE40122 or TAE40116
VET qualification for the course you will be teaching (CHC52025, CHC50125, CHC30125, CHC43015, CHC33021 (equivalent or higher)
Experience training CRICOS students (for CRICOS training roles being advertised)
Demonstrated current industry experience and vocational competence
Current Driver Licence and access to own vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in RTO training delivery
Current Blue Card (Working With Children Check)
Positions are available for Monday to Saturday classes.
