About the Opportunity

M&B/M10 Busselton is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! We’re hiring a Trade Counter Sales Assistant to help us deliver exceptional service and quality building materials to our valued customers.

As a Trade Sales team member, you’ll be the face of M&B/M10 Busselton, helping customers find the perfect timber and plasterboard solutions for their projects. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will play a key role in ensuring their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide expert product advice.

• Quoting and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and welcoming sales environment.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service or sales (building supplies experience is a plus).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn about timber and plasterboard products.

• Basic computer skills for processing sales and inventory.
