POSITION TITLE: Casual Stylist / Sales Associate
LODGE LOCATION: Myer Penrith and Leura Lodge
REPORTING TO: Store Manager/Regional Manager

We are looking for mature, experienced, well presented stylists who possess a great work ethic, genuinely connect with others, are passionate about being part of a team and are driven and energetic in what they do.  All you need to bring is a great attitude, second to none passion and drive, and a love for our brand!

POSTION OVERVIEW
We are looking to fill a Casual Stylist/Sales Associate position within our RODD & GUNN at Leura and Myer Penrith.

You will present with a wealth of passion, energy, and drive to build lasting relationships, meet sales targets, and delight our customers at every turn. Experience in the retail fashion industry is highly favourable.
In this role, you are an integral part of a successful team, maximising sales, day-to-day operations of the store, while ensuring our customers receive world class service and styling.

Above all your job is to build customer relationships and ensure they choose you!

• IPT (Items Per Transaction)
• Average $
• Customer Conversion
• Loyalty Program

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Achieving sales & exceeding budgets
• Preparation of inventory for sales floor and visual merchandising
• Flexible Availability

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• A proven customer facing background- establishing and maintaining meaningful customer experiences
• Retail sales and customer service- men’s fashion preferred but not essential
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently within a team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Passion for delivering world class customer service
