An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced salesperson to join Australia’s leading furniture and bedding group.

Industry experience is not essential however a proven track record in a competitive sales environment is required.  

Forty Winks is seeking a talented, high-energy sales professional to assume a full-time position at our brand-new Chirnside Park showroom.

PREREQUISITE SKILLS:

Basic IT & Computer skills for POS and sales qualification process.  

Solid understanding of the sales process, self-motivated, with goal-oriented mindset.

Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills with professional communication.

Individuals who are not afraid to ask for the business at the appropriate time and thrives on over achievement of targets and KPI’s.

Repour building skills to connect with customers, understand their needs and provide tailored personalised sleep solutions.

Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques and skills aligned with Forty Winks operational expectations, policy and procedures.

Physical capacity to assist in minor lifting and showroom maintenance. Lifting aids provided.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

Happy in a collaborative team environment, autonomous when required.

Flair for Visual Merchandising and/or homeware fashions.

SUCCESS CRITERIA:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and profit retention goals.
