The Operations Group delivers frontline customer services to Victorians and the public service. It maintains the foundational digital infrastructure and platforms that support efficient, secure and reliable service delivery.

About the Role
The Grant Services Coordinator leads centralised grants services across Government, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and end-to-end grant delivery in partnership with policy owners. The role focuses on program and grants management, compliance, risk management and stakeholder engagement, while driving standardised practices and continuous improvements in service quality, efficiency and cost.
Key Accountabilities
Lead and coordinate grant services, strengthening governance, workforce capability, risk management and continuous improvement.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of grant programs and projects, ensuring alignment with departmental and whole-of-government priorities.
Manage budgets and resources to support fiscally sustainable and effective grant service delivery.
Drive standardisation, process improvements and efficiencies to enhance service quality and reduce delivery risks.
Lead and develop high-performing teams while building strong stakeholder relationships and resolving complex operational issues.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following attributes:
Proven project and program management expertise delivering complex initiatives on time and within agreed parameters.
Strong understanding of government program governance, risk, probity, confidentiality and financial management.
Experience developing and implementing strategic program, project and service delivery frameworks.
Proven ability to manage complex grant programs and competing priorities across multiple business functions, with Salesforce GEMS experience desirable.
High proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
We have two fixed term roles available: Fixed term until February 2027 (parental leave backfill) and June 2027 only open to applicants with relevant rights to work in Australia.
