Project Managers, Supervisors, Polywelders & Operators - Site Based Positions

PCR Polyweld are currently seeking applicants for Project Managers, Supervisors, Polywelders & Operators Site Based Positions in the Bowen Basin.

About the roles:

• Full time employment.  

• DIDO from Mackay/ Surrounds. 

• Dayshift only. Various Rosters available. Weekly Pay’s. Access to Employee Assistance Program. 

• Camp accommodation & Meals provided.

• Polywelding including but not limited to: Buttwelding up to 1000mm, predominately using Dixon Machines. Electrofusion welding. Cutting pipes using chainsaw.

• Operating is predominately Telehandler, however Crane Ticket/ experience is well desired. Excavator, Backhoe tickets also desired.

• Project Management Role is a short term (3 Month Contact), which may lead to continuous position.

Successful candidates must hold, or be willing to obtain:

• Previous mine site experience preferred.

• Previous mine site supervision experience if applying for Supervisor Role.

• Standard 11 Surface

• Coal Board Medical

• Drug & Alcohol test and Functional Assessment

• Current Drivers Licence

• Relevant Mine Supervisor Qualifications if applying for Supervisor Role.

• PMBWELD301 & PMBWELD302

• Chainsaw RII

• Relevant equipment RII's / HRWL

• Display an enthusiastic work ethic and be self-motivated

• Want to work as part of a team and help each other to succeed

• Be willing to work away from home, on varying rosters. 

• Ensure compliance with site policy & PCR Polyweld policies (ie.: SLAMS/ Take 5’s, Safety Obs, Toolbox/ Prestart Talks, hazard & defect reporting)

• Ensure safe work operation & have a commitment to Safety.
