About the role
What We Need
Our collaborative and fast-paced sales team is seeking a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to provide operational support and help deliver a seamless experience for both our clients and internal stakeholders. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is based in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support our Sales team across customer onboarding, operational coordination, and day-to-day administration. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs), Compliance team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure new clients are onboarded efficiently, and the Sales team receives the support required to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
How We Work
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:
Assigned workspace in Melbourne office

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Manage the onboarding process for new customer accounts from commencement through to completion.
Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to coordinate customer requirements and proactively follow up on outstanding documentation and information.
Track onboarding progress and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
Assist with customer account enquiries and help resolve internal operational matters, including Salesforce support and sales commission queries.
Support the preparation of sales reports, performance tracking, and other administrative reporting as required.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing efficiency of the Sales Support function.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. You will bring:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system is highly regarded.
A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing organisation.
Previous experience in administration, sales support, customer service, or operations is preferred but not essential. We value the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to support a dynamic team environment.
