Are you a creative florist who loves flowers, beautiful design and making people’s day?

We’re looking for talented, passionate florists to join our busy, trendy inner-city studio florist. We’re a small, friendly team who genuinely love what we do — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow their skills and build a career in floristry.

Casual Florist — 2–3 days per week
12–20 hours per week

Permanent Florist — 25–30 hours per week

Some weekend work will be required from time to time.

You’ll ideally have strong retail floristry experience and be confident creating beautiful arrangements quickly and efficiently — even when things get busy.

Experience in corporate flowers and events is a big plus, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who:

• Is creative, passionate and takes pride in their work

• Has great floristry skills and an eye for detail

• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Loves creating beautiful, on-trend floral designs

• Is a positive team player

• Wants to develop their skills and see floristry as a career

• Has a current driver’s licence
