Warehouse & Production Assistant

About Us: 

Join our dynamic team at Sienna, a well-established nail polish brand of 12 years based in Billinudgel. We are seeking a versatile Warehouse Assistant to play a vital role in maintaining the operations of our small business for the long term.

This position is starting end of AUG - early SEPT, is Casual, with work days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with working hours from 8 am to 4 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Duties: Efficiently pick and pack orders, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products. This task is the majority of the role.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communication. Resolve issues and assist customers with inquiries. This includes both retail and wholesale customers.

• Production Assembly: Assist in the precise assembly of our eco-conscious products, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• General Office Tasks: Support the Office Manager and Directors with general administrative duties as required, helping maintain an efficiently operating workplace.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, customer service, and production assembly.

• Valid driver's license and comfortable driving company cars.

• Physical fitness is crucial, with the ability to lift and carry heavy packages and perform assembly tasks. You must be energetic!

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Excellent communication skills and a natural customer-oriented mindset.
