The Hired Home is a leading property styling business, delivering beautifully presented homes that attract buyers and drive results. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a small installations team while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day execution of styling installs and removals.

This is a working leadership role suited to someone with strong logistics experience who leads by example and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving and packing trucks

• Complete hands-on furniture removals, installations, and pack-downs

• Ensure team productivity, efficiency, and punctuality

• Act as the main point of contact between office, stylists, and onsite teams

• Oversee vehicle cleanliness, basic maintenance checks, and reporting

• Maintain warehouse organisation and stock care

• Ensure safe manual handling and WHS compliance at all times

• Represent The Hired Home professionally onsite and with clients

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a removalist driver or team leader

• Physically fit and capable of manual work

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Confident communicator with problem-solving ability

• Current driver’s licence essential (MR licence highly regarded)

• Experience in property styling, furniture, events, or logistics highly regarded
