We’re looking for experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our Ability Plus Team, providing outstanding person-centred care to Participants in their homes and communities.

We’re passionate about helping our Participants live safely, independently, and with dignity — and we’re looking for Support Workers who share that same commitment.

About You

We’re seeking Support Workers who:

• Hold a Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent

• Have experience in Complex Care delivery, or are keen to receive training and mentoring

• Are reliable, empathetic, and passionate about supporting others to live their best life
