About the role
An opportunity has arisen to appoint a Full Time Sales Specialist - Urology to join our Sales team in Adelaide, SA. This role will see you manage and develop an existing territory and portfolio of clients within South Australia region.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Urology, you can expect to be involved in educating, promoting and driving sales of our Urology portfolio across your territory. You will be committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and growing the visibility of our products in your territory.
In addition, you will:Achieve sales results from the territory versus monthly budgetsDevelop an in-depth understanding of the relevant product range in both operation and applicationDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the customer base making up the territory and always have in place an updated territory planPrepare weekly sales visits and ensure future activities are planned well in advancePrepare weekly activity reporting and territory sales forecasts.About Olympus:

You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:A minimum of three years' experience in medical device or healthcare-related sales.A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Clinical, medical, scientific or technical aptitude, with exposure to surgical environments highly regarded.The ability to analyse customer needs and develop tailored solutions.A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within your territory and interstate when required.Ability to negotiate at all levels with a genuine desire to always deliver service-excellence.Apply Now:
