About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who takes pride in exceptional service, understands the detail and discipline of fine dining, and has a genuine knowledge and enthusiasm for wine. You will provide attentive, knowledgeable service in an intimate dining environment as part of a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional presentation and attention to detail

About you

• Previous fine-dining & degustation experience essential

• Strong wine knowledge

• Current RSA

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills

• Professional presentation and attention to detail

• Reliability and the ability to work confidently as part of a small team

• Available on all shifts:

• Wednesday Dinner, Thursday Dinner, Friday Lunch & Dinner, Saturday Lunch & Dinner

• Advantageous: Food Safety Supervisor certification/card

• Advantageous: Approved Manager certification/card
