The Role

We're looking for a proven sales professional who is motivated to grow efex's presence in Melbourne and build long-term client value. Based in South Melbourne.

In this role, you'll:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Melbourne market
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base
• Translate technical solutions into clear, business-focused outcomes for clients
• Collaborate with colleagues across IT, print, and service delivery teams to ensure exceptional results
• Represent efex in the market, strengthening our reputation as a trusted partner

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong ability to engage clients through structured sales conversations and solution selling
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with a track record of retaining and growing accounts
• Critical thinking skills to identify client challenges, develop solutions, and improve outcomes
• Proficiency in presenting technical concepts in simple, client-friendly terms
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A collaborative approach, comfortable working within a matrix management structure
• Current driver's licence
