Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join our Franchise Support Office. This role is the central point of contact for visitors, franchisees, and internal staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while supporting seamless daily operations.
The role is responsible for reception, administrative support, office coordination, and communication across the organisation. This role suits an energetic, customer‑focused individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys managing varied responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
• Greeting visitors and clients and managing the front desk.
• Answering and directing incoming calls.
• Managing appointments, meetings, and office calendars.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Maintaining tidy and organised reception, boardroom, and lunchroom spaces.
• Providing administrative support to the Franchise Support Team.
• Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
• Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
• Assisting with data entry, photocopying, and ad hoc tasks.
• Updating databases and maintaining accurate records.
• Managing credit card reconciliations and filing.
• Coordinating office supplies, meeting room bookings, and general office upkeep.
• Assisting with catering, travel bookings, and event coordination.
• Acting as a communication link between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Responding to enquiries and supporting team updates.
• Assisting with escalated customer complaints.
Who We Are Looking For:
• Experience in an administration or office support environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer applications.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self‑sufficient, proactive, and highly reliable.
