Supply Chain Manager

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities. The role involves coordinating procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution, and supplier operations to ensure efficient product flow, cost control, and reliable service delivery.Key responsibilities include developing supply chain strategies, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating procurement and logistics activities, evaluating supplier performance, managing supply chain risks, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. The role also involves analyzing demand and supply data, optimizing processes, negotiating with suppliers, establishing performance metrics, and collaborating with operations, finance, sales, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.Knowledge of demand forecasting, supplier management, inventory optimization, and supply chain risk management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational and supply chain data.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or supply chain planning systems.Understanding of supply chain KPIs, cost analysis, process improvement, and performance management.Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across departments and external partners.Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational efficiency.Strategic mindset with the ability to identify risks, solve complex supply chain challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
