Sales Consultant

Looking for a sales role where the opportunities are already provided and your focus is simply on meeting customers and closing sales?

Just Quality is expanding its Queensland sales team and we're looking for a confident, motivated In-Home Sales Consultant to service the Northern Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

You'll be meeting homeowners who have already enquired about our products and have an appointment booked.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No generating your own leads.

We provide the opportunities — your job is to turn them into sales.

You'll be trained across our growing range of home improvement products, including:

• Outdoor Blinds

• Roller Shutters

• Plantation Shutters

• Artificial Turf

Having multiple products gives you more opportunities to sell and allows you to recommend solutions based on what each homeowner actually needs.

You'll travel to pre-arranged appointments at customers' homes throughout the Northern Gold Coast area.

During each appointment, you'll:

• Build rapport and understand what the customer wants to achieve

• Assess and measure the area

• Explain suitable product options

• Present pricing and available promotions

• Provide a professional in-home consultation

• Ask for the sale and close the opportunity

• Accurately complete sales documentation

• Follow our proven sales process

Appointments are provided by our internal team, allowing you to spend your time where it matters most — in front of customers.

This is a performance-driven sales position with genuine six-figure earning potential.

Your package includes:

• Base retainer

• Car allowance + Tolls covered

• Superannuation

• Uncapped commission

• Monthly bonuses and incentives

• Warm, pre-booked appointments

Realistic OTE is $100,000–$150,000+, with high performers having the opportunity to earn more.

There is no commission ceiling — the better you perform, the more you earn.

You don't need experience selling blinds, shutters or artificial turf.

We'll teach you the products.

What we're looking for is someone who can connect with customers, follow a sales process and confidently ask for the business.

You'll ideally be:

• Confident and personable

• Driven by targets and commission

• Comfortable selling face-to-face

• Competitive and results focused

• Able to build trust quickly

• Reliable and organised

• Open to coaching, role-play and ongoing training

• Willing to follow a structured sales process

• Available for some evening and Saturday appointments

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
