ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYThe Information Services team is committed to providing high quality service to all stakeholders who include our Community, our Executive, the Leadership Group and all Council staff. The team provides timely and accurate advice, and utilises better practice methods and procedures and continuous improvement methodologies while developing new and innovative solutions to problems in a consultative and customer focused manner.
We have an opportunity for a motivated professional who will be responsible for managing the technical and functional operation, maintenance and support of Council’s business systems (principally, but not limited to, TechnologyOne's product suite) and support service desk staff to deliver high quality incident and change resolution services. Your tasks will include maintenance of application parameters along with providing assistance and support to users so that they may effectively utilise business application systems in support of their duties.
Reporting to the Senior Coordinator Information Systems, this role is responsible for complex system analysis, problem resolution, user support and maintenance, along with development and enhancements of Council’s major application systems. The position will also undertake special projects and provide input through the Executive Manager Customer Experience and Technology into policy development.
