Help shape the future of volleyball in Victoria
Volleyball Victoria is looking for an experienced and highly organised Operations and Finance Manager to join its Leadership Team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working both strategically and hands-on. You will lead Volleyball Victoria’s finance and business operations functions while also providing leadership to the events and competitions team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure our financial foundations are strong, our systems and processes work effectively, and our events team is supported to deliver high-quality experiences for the Victorian volleyball community.

As Operations and Finance Manager, you will:
About you
You will be a practical, collaborative and solutions-focused leader who is comfortable moving between financial detail, organisational priorities and event delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
A relevant tertiary qualification and CPA or CA qualification, or progress towards one, would be highly regarded but are not essential.
You will also need a current Working with Children Check and Victorian driver licence, with availability for some evening, weekend and regional or interstate work when required.
