About You

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, confidence and a genuine passion for sales and customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have strong sales experience with a proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Be highly motivated, competitive and results driven, with a genuine passion for sales
• Deliver outstanding customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, always going above and beyond to create an exceptional customer experience
• Thrive working as part of a positive, energetic and high-performing team
• Have excellent computer skills and the confidence to quickly learn new systems
• Be a fast and enthusiastic learner, eager to develop strong product knowledge
• Be confident in resolving customer concerns, problem-solving and finding positive solutions
• Have the ability to assist with coaching, motivating and supporting a successful sales team
• Be flexible across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late-night trade when required

Experience in furniture, outdoor living & BBQs is highly regarded. Additionally, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure our team has the knowledge and confidence to become experts in the products they sell.
