Showroom Assistant - Caringbah | Part-time Monday - Wednesday

Are you passionate about delivering great customer experiences and love helping people bring their ideas to life? Wynstan is looking for a friendly and motivated Showroom Assistant for our Caringbah showroom.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming showroom experience while supporting our Sales Consultants to achieve great results. From helping customers choose the perfect blinds, awnings, doors, and shutters to following up enquiries and keeping everything running smoothly, no two days will be the same.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach

• Provide product advice and help customers find the right solutions for their homes

• Support Sales Consultants with quotes, appointments, paperwork, and customer follow-ups

• Respond to phone and online enquiries with excellent communication skills

• Maintain an organised, well-presented showroom that customers love visiting

• Assist with sales targets, administration tasks, and day-to-day showroom operations

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer service, showroom, retail, or sales environment

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers

• Confidence learning product knowledge and providing recommendations

• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work towards sales targets and contribute as part of a team

• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently

• Available for a part-time role - Monday to Wednesday
