DaaS Delivery Manager – Digital WorkplaceLTM Australia | Sydney
Lead the delivery of a major enterprise Device-as-a-Service transformation with LTM.LTM is looking for an experienced Onsite Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for a major Device as a Service (DaaS) / EUC / Digital Workplace program.This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role where you'll be the key interface between LTM, the client, OEMs, logistics partners and technical teams, ensuring devices are delivered, provisioned and deployed seamlessly at enterprise scale.
What you'll doOwn DaaS service delivery, governance, SLA/KPI performance and executive reporting.Manage the complete device lifecycle across Microsoft Surface and Apple Mac — procurement, ordering, deployment, refresh, replacement, warranty, break/fix and retirement.Drive deployment readiness across Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager / DEP and Jamf.Manage demand forecasts, inventory, delivery ETAs, VIP priorities and supply-chain risks.Lead and govern OEM, reseller and logistics partners, driving performance and recovery plans.Manage customer escalations, change requests, security/compliance requirements and operational hand-offs.Lead service reviews covering fulfilment, provisioning, incidents, backlog, risks and dependencies.Drive automation, process improvement and enhanced end-user experience.
What you'll bring10+ years across IT infrastructure, EUC, Digital Workplace or workplace service delivery.5+ years leading enterprise endpoint services in a customer-facing environment.Strong experience with DaaS / EUC / Digital Workplace services.Hands-on understanding of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.Experience with Apple Business Manager / DEP and preferably Jamf.Strong knowledge of device lifecycle, procurement, logistics, asset management and deployment.Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow / ITSM, SLA management and vendor governance.Strong reporting capability using Power BI and Excel.Proven experience managing Microsoft Surface and Apple devices at enterprise scale.
The leadership pieceWe're looking for someone who can operate confidently at both the technical and executive level.You'll need strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, vendor negotiation and the ability to translate complex technical and operational dependencies into clear decisions and predictable customer outcomes.Experience working across large enterprise, cloud, telecommunications, data centre or other mission-critical environments will be highly regarded.
