• Apply the organisation's risk appetite and risk management strategy to develop the GRC system
  

• Confirm and define scope and requirements
  

• Define user experience and needs
  

• Lead and oversee GRC system construction
  

• Oversee testing, requirements and documentation acceptance
  

• Manage transition to operationalisation
  

• GRC system implementation (Archer preferred)
  

• Financial services / General Insurance industry highly regarded
  

• Influencing people / engaging with teams to receive required inputs / data from colleagues
  

• Self-starter, problem solver –someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions
