Administration Support

This position is responsible for processing customer enquiries and orders efficiently and accurately from receipt through to delivery.

This role ensures timely communication between internal departments, customers, and external partners to deliver a seamless order fulfillment and service experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Admin/Sales support

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to customer inquiries

• Support the sales team with preparation of quotes

• Process customer purchase orders

• Communicate order status changes to customers.

• Picking, packing, preparing goods for dispatch.    

Stock Management (support)

Responsibilities include:

• Receive goods    

• Participate in regular stocktakes

• Report on low stock levels
  

 Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in order processing, sales support, customer service, or service admin roles is desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce) is desirable

• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work autonomously
