Administration Assistant

Join our team as an Administration Assistant at our Canning Vale Depot. Reporting to the Administrator Supervisor you will use your industry expertise to provide accurate and efficient support to our operations team.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• 11am start - Monday to Friday roster

• weekend and public holiday coverage as needed

• Freight Bookings - Book incoming freight for delivery to end receivers

• Data Entry / Debriefing freight receival paperwork

• Completing Runsheets and PODs

• General Telephone Inquiries

• General clerical admin duties

• Utilise JAIX transport management system
  

Experience and qualifications:

• Transport industry experience highly regarded but not essential

• Administration experience preferred

• Good computer literacy skills

• Attention to detail

• Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Team player

• Excellent communication skills
