About the role
Based in our Nunawading project site office, this role will provide clerical, administrative and organisational support to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, the Warehouse team in conducting and achieving the following tasks:
Key responsibilities
Co-ordinate and support end to end procurement processes across the project in accordance with Delegations of Authorities and project management plans
Create purchase requisitions using designated system
Liaise with vendors on enquiries and provide necessary information as required by company procedures
Create master data requirements into system (SAP Inventory Management)
Manage and maintain relevant systems and administrative data in SAP, ensuring co-ordination with relevant delivery schedules
Manage and maintain the SAP Inventory Management database daily, updating graphs, and data for reporting status as and when required.
Ensure all reports are actioned and completed daily
Ensure Time Sheet compliance administration
Responsible for input and co-ordination of the Delivery schedule
Assistance to Contracts and Procurement team with vendor engagement activities
Draft and coordinate correspondence and provide sound and practical advice on purchasing requirements in accordance with processes and procedures.
Managing daily warehouse receiving, picking and dispatching demand, providing reports, graphs, and data for Warehouse Department as and when required.
Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements.
Maintaining Cost Control, and protecting cashflow ensuring vendor invoice payments are able to be processed in a timely manner.
Collating information to be included in monthly reports.
About You
Previous administrative experience in a Construction / Project site environment
Proficient skills in computers\: MS Word, Excel, Access, email etc.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands
