About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Riggers to support lifting and installation activities for tunnel ventilation equipment.

This role will involve complex lifts including large fans, duct sections, and associated plant, working closely with crane operators and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rigging and dogging activities for lifting mechanical equipment

• Set up lifting gear including slings, chains, shackles, and lifting beams

• Work with Supervisors to execute lift plans safely and efficiently

• Inspect lifting equipment prior to use and ensure compliance

• Assist with positioning and installation of mechanical equipment

• Maintain clear communication during lifting operations

• Adhere to all site safety and lifting procedures

About You

• Valid High Risk Work Licence (Rigging – Basic/Intermediate/Advanced)

• Proven experience in construction or major infrastructure projects

• Experience with complex lifts and heavy mechanical equipment

• Strong understanding of lift planning, load calculations, and rigging techniques

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
