Graduate full-time marketing executive

For over 15 years, Heard has been the boutique agency that punches well above its weight. We're consciously small, because that's how we protect the craft, the agility, and the close relationships that make our work great. Don't mistake us for a start-up though: we run to a very high standard, and we've got the awards and the client tenure to prove it. We specialise in property marketing, with a strong footing in B2B, Government and product sectors too.

Now we're on the hunt for our next great addition - someone at the start of their career who wants to learn the ropes of agency life from the ground up.

### The Role: Your Ticket Into Agency Life 🎟️

This is an entry-level, full-time role based in our Sydney office, working closely with our Account Director. It's a genuine mix of admin backbone and marketing action, perfect for someone who wants exposure to real client work without being thrown in the deep end alone.

On a typical day, you'll be:

- Setting up meetings and documenting outcomes and actions

- Helping plan and track the flow of studio work

- Digging into desktop research for marketing projects

- Processing project admin like quotes, invoices, and the like

- Keeping our website case studies and social media channels fresh and up to date

### What You'll Bring 🌟

- At least 1 year of work experience (any industry)

• You need to be a good communicator, confident in having direct conversations.
• Someone who genuinely is ambitious, looking to kickstart their career, not just tick a box and earn money. Someone who watches the clock, and easily distracted will not fit into our culture

- Solid understanding of basic business behaviour and professional ethics

- Confident, clear email writing skills

- Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Notion, plus creative tools like Canva
