Business Support Administrator

About the role

We are currently seeking a talented Business Support Administrator who is ready for a challenging yet rewarding career opportunity based at our office in the Margaret River region.

Key responsibilities

• Management of accounts payable and receivable using MYOB software

• Timely processing of EOM financials, including reconciliations and the preparation of monthly financial statements

• Preparation of fortnightly payroll and management of employee entitlements

• Maintain internal registers

• Maintain HR database to ensure accurate employee records

• General office administration duties

About you

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role

• Advanced computer literacy, including extensive knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work

• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

• Excellent work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
