This 1:1 SEND Specialist LSA position is set within a warm, nurturing independent school environment where every child is known, valued and supported as an individual. Contribute to a safe, secure and encouraging classroom environment
Previous experience working with children with SEND (essential)
Calm, patient and nurturing, with a genuine passion for supporting individual needs
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
A proactive, positive approach to problem‑solving and behaviour support
Commitment to helping children feel safe, understood and confident
