Security Staff Wanted for Upcoming Permanent Roles in Hospitals (Eastern Suburbs)

Complete Security Protection (CSP)

Permanent Part-Time (possible to work full time hours)

Pay Rates: $29.73ph - $62.40ph

Complete Security Protection is a proudly Australian-owned Security Service Provider delivering security for multiple sites with currently limited openings for hospital work in the Eastern Suburbs region for the right security officers.

We are currently seeking motivated Security Officers to join our growing team.

About the role:

Working alongside our established team, you will play a key role in:

·         Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

·         Ensuring the safety and security of premises, staff and visitors

·         Maintaining a professional presence across a variety of sites

·         Responding to incidents and following company procedures

·         Deescalate potentially threatening situations, both verbal and physical

·         Follow Clinician lead staff and security team leaders instructions

What we are looking for:

·         Current Victorian security licence

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Reliability and a proactive attitude

·         Ability to work as part of a team and independently

·         Previous experience in hospitals or major event work is desirable

Essential:

Must be flexible and be available to work weekday or night, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster

Must have own vehicle

Must have a valid Victorian Security Licence (Condition of Hiring)

Must have Working with Children's card (Employee) (Condition of Hiring)

Must have 3 Covid Vaccinations and/or willing to obtain (Condition of Hiring)

Must be able to obtain a Mask Fit test (Condition of Hiring) (You Will Have to Clean Shave Once A Year To Achieve This)

Must have up to date influenza vaccination (Condition of Hiring)
