We are seeking clinicians who are passionate about mental health nursing and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will
Be committed to working across a 24-hour, 7-day rotating roster.
Apply trauma-informed, recovery-focused, and least restrictive therapeutic practices in all aspects of care delivery.
Demonstrate sound clinical judgement and the ability to make informed decisions in complex situations.
Communicate effectively and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Remain calm, adaptable, and professional while supporting consumers with acute mental health needs.
Be dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care that promotes recovery and wellbeing.
Make a difference every day and be part of a team that is passionate about supporting recovery and delivering excellence in mental health care.
Selection Criteria

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse, General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Please detail your recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a Hospital setting or other appropriate experience relevant to the position being advertised.Please provide an example of when you have provided safe, compassionate and quality care that is culturally responsive in line with NSW Health CORE Values.Please describe a time when you worked closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve a positive patient outcome.
