Casual Property Administration

We are seeking a reliable Casual Property Administration Assistant to provide flexible support to a boutique real estate office servicing Brisbane’s north-western suburbs.

The role will primarily involve:

• Taking clear property photographs Assisting with general property administration Attending properties when required Assisting with inspection-related tasks Preparing basic notes and reporting maintenance concerns Other duties discussed and agreed upon based on experience and qualifications

The successful applicant must have:

• A current Queensland real estate registration certificate or real estate agent licence A current driver licence and reliable vehicle Strong attention to detail Professional presentation and communication skills Confidence using mobile applications and taking clear photographs The ability to work independently and reliably Flexible weekday availability, with occasional Saturday availability

This is a casual, as-needed position. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary depending on workload. Some weeks may have no available shifts.

Pay is $35 per hour plus superannuation.

Approved business kilometres will be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable award. Applicants will be required to provide a travel record showing the date, destination, purpose, odometer readings and total business kilometres. Normal travel between home and the usual workplace, personal travel and unapproved detours will not be reimbursed.
