THE OPPORTUNITY
As Head Chef at Marsden Brewhouse, you'll lead a team dedicated to delivering excellence in every dish. You will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Delivery of exceptional food and service, ensuring a high standard of consistency and quality
• Managing seasonal menu changes
• Managing and delivering concepts on brand
• Ensuring that food costs and wages are meeting budget
• Conducting internal audits and remedying any issues of non-compliance or poor performance, enforcing stock management policies and procedures
• Responsible for growth and development and performance of the kitchen team

WHO ARE YOU
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

• Minimum 3 years Head Chef experience in a high-volume, premium restaurant
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in a multi-faceted event venue 
• Committed to the best standards of food preparation and service
• Knowledge and experience of kitchen food safety systems
• Relevant skills for stocktaking and cost control
• Can work under pressure and is an excellent team player
• Excellent leadership with proven experience in leading large teams to support a thriving kitchen culture
