Full-time | $70,000 - $75,000 per year

As a Storeperson, and at times a Delivery Driver at All Metal (Australia),  you will play a vital role in supporting the company's warehousing and distribution operations. You will be responsible for delivering products to our customers, processing customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient and reliable logistics to meet the needs of our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders completed accurately and to schedule

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Receiving and dispatching inter-branch transfers, with clear communication internally

• Maintaining detailed inventory records and assist with stock management

• Assisting customers face-to-face and providing friendly efficient service

• General warehouse and store duties, maintaining a clean and presentable warehouse

• Using computer systems for order entry, stock control and documentation

• Operate heavy vehicles in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner

• Adhere to all road, safety, and fatigue management regulations

What Makes You Our Ideal Fit:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing environment.

• Valid and current Forklift Licence

• Current MR Truck Licence, with the ability to operate a Hiab preferred

• Good computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisation

• Good communication and customer service skills. Confidence to communicate with all sorts of people — tradies, builders, DIY legends, and everyone in between

• Reliable, team-focused attitude

• Interpret and follow safety procedures and identify hazards

• Some building industry knowledge but not essential
